Commission Suing Slovenia Over Fine Particles Pollution
Brussels, 18 March - The European Commission launched proceedings against Slovenia at the European Court of Justice Thursday over breach of EU air quality standards for dangerous airborne particles, known as PM10. This is the EU's third environment-related lawsuit against Slovenia and the second in just over a month.
