Constitutional Court Welcomes Changes to Ease Its Caseload

Ljubljana, 19 March - The president of the Constitutional Court, Joze Tratnik, said on Friday that the court supported the government's initiative to amend articles 160, 161 and 162 of the Constitution aimed at reducing the court's excessive caseload, including by giving it the power to decide which cases to accept.
