Vegrad Shareholders Approve Capital Injection

Velenje, 5 July - Shareholders of debt-ridden construction company Vegrad endorsed a EUR 15.5m capital injection plan at a general assembly on Monday that will allow the company to push ahead with operations. However, the second-largest owner subsequently announced that it was currently not ready to take part in the capital raising.
