One Distributor Ready to Refund Excessive Electricity Bills
Ljubljana, 22 July - Elektro Gorenjska, one of the five leading Slovenian electricity distributors which increased energy prices in a cartel agreement on 1 January 2008, said it would refund the difference in price, daily Dnevnik reported on Thursday.
