No Problems for Now as Doctors Stop Working Extra Overtime

Ljubljana, 1 September - The majority of doctors in Slovenia stopped working extra overtime on Wednesday out of protest against the government's plans to cut their standby duty bonuses after 1 January 2011. Unless the government and the doctors manage to find common ground any time soon, waiting times for non-urgent procedures might become much longer.
