Number of Flats Under Construction Drops 17% in 2009

Ljubljana, 6 September - Almost 19,700 apartments were under construction in Slovenia in 2009, which is 17% less than in the year before. A total of 8,561 or 43% of these apartments were finished by the end of last year, the Statistics Office said on Monday.
