Zidan Calls for Disaster Response Mechanism in New CAP
Brussels, 21 September - Agriculture Minister Dejan Zidan took the opportunity of an informal meeting of EU agriculture ministers in Belgium on Tuesday to propose in the aftermath of the devastating floods in Slovenia that an appropriate natural disaster response mechanism be included in the new Common Agriculture Policy (CAP).
