EU Court Rules Against Slovenia over IPPC Directive

Luxembourg/Ljubljana, 13 October - The Court of Justice of the European Union has found Slovenia guilty of violating the Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (IPPC) Directive by failing to issue in time new or updated permits for industrial installations. The verdict was reached on 7 October and was handed to Slovenia on Tuesday.
