Banks Forced into Refunding Illegal ATM Fees

Ljubljana, 22 October - A civil initiative presented a petition to the central bank on Friday urging action against four Slovenian banks found to have illegally fixed the fee for withdrawals on other banks' automated teller machines. Three banks have already announced they will refund the illegal charge.
