All Cartel Members Pledge to Pay Back Overpriced Electricity
Celje/Nova Gorica, 27 July - Elektro Celje as well as Elektro Primorska confirmed on Tuesday that they would join the remaining three electricity distributors with which they increased energy prices in a cartel agreement on 1 January 2008, in refunding the price difference resulting from the collusion.
