Second Electricity Distributor to Repay Overpriced Power
Ljubljana, 23 July - Elektro Ljubljana, one of Slovenia's electricity distributors which increased energy prices in a cartel agreement on 1 January 2008, said on Friday it would refund the difference in price. Elektro Ljubljana boss Andrej Ribic said that the company would need a few months to refund the overpaid bills to its 300,000 clients.
