Vecer Critical of Cartels in Slovenia

Maribor, 26 October - Daily Vecer is critical that the state is tolerating cartels and that only with the appearance of a non-governmental association have offenders been forced to compensate consumers. It says in Tuesday's commentary that this is not what a proper functioning state should look like.
