Vecer: Builders Colluded with Politicians, DARS in Motorway Construction

Maribor, 8 November - Daily Vecer has dug up a document purportedly showing that in 2004 the motorway company, DARS, colluded with builder SCT and the government to divide up the two biggest projects on the motorway network, the tunnels Trojane and Sentvid.
