Another Judge Backs Accusation Against Nominee for Chief Justice

Ljubljana, 9 November - One of the key accusations leveled against Supreme Court president nominee Branko Maslesa by the opposition Democrats (SDS) and a Constitutional Court judge was backed on Tuesday by a Supreme Court judge. Rudi Stravs told TV Slovenija that he also witnessed Maslesa's enthusiasm about the Yugoslav army shooting people on the border.
