Ljubljana, 12 November - Former prime ministers Anton Rop and Janez Jansa reached a settlement on Friday in the civil suit that Jansa filed against Rop for his statement that Jansa and former Croatian Prime Minister Ivo Sanader had been plotting border incidents in the Piran Bay in 2004.
