Minister Announces New Pollution Checks at Lafarge Cement

Ljubljana, 2 December - The government reviewed on Thursday a report on the environmental permit of the Lafarge Cement plant in Trbovlje which PM Borut Pahor ordered in early November upon a protest from locals. The permit is in line with the legislation but new pollution checks will be carried out, Environment Minister Roko Zarnic said.
