Experts Say Fear of Broadcaster Privatisation Unfounded

Ljubljana, 10 December - One of the most disputable parts - for the opposition - of the new RTV Slovenija act is the new legal status for the public broadcaster, a hybrid between a public institution and corporate entity. Law experts agree, however, that this is common across Europe, but they nevertheless warn against excessive commercialisation.
