Constitution May Need Amending, a Co-Author Says

Ljubljana, 12 December - The Slovenian Constitution is good, but the time may have come for changes, one of its authors, Tone Jerovsek says. He has also told the STA that he had imagined the Slovenian state a bit differently 20 years ago.
