RTV Slovenija Act Defeated in Referendum

Ljubljana, 12 December - The new act on public broadcaster RTV Slovenija was defeated resoundingly in Sunday's referendum, albeit on a low turnout of less than 15%. With nearly all votes counted, the share of votes against the government-sponsored law stood at 72.64%.
