Vecer Says Voter Apathy Bad Omen for Upcoming Referenda

Maribor, 13 December - The referendum on the public broadcaster act on Sunday could hardly have come at a worse time, daily Vecer writes in Monday's commentary, adding that the apathy of the voters does not bode well for referenda that are expected to be called on more crucial matters in the coming months.
