Experts: Constitutional Stay of Pension Referendum Uncertain

Ljubljana, 16 December - Constitutional law experts do not think it is possible to predict what the Constitutional Court's ruling would be in a potential review of a bid for a referendum on the new pension reform act. The government would certainly have to specify why a potential defeat of the law could have unconstitutional effects.
