Group of MPs Propose Special Referendum Day

Ljubljana, 22 December - In the view of a large number of referendums being held or announced in Slovenia recently, a large group of deputies filed on Wednesday a motion to change the referendum legislation to hold all referenda once a year to reduce the costs. The proposal sets the referendum day on the second Sunday in May.
