Justice Ministry Satisfied with Mediation Project
Ljubljana, 13 January - The Justice Ministry has assessed the results of the act on alternative resolution of court disputes following its introduction six months ago as successful, as the number of cases closed with mediation in 2010 more than doubled in comparison to the year before.
