Govt Against Referendum Day, Decides to Adopt Its Own Changes

Ljubljana, 20 January - The government rejected on Thursday an opposition-sponsored motion to introduce a referendum day on which all referendums would be held once a year, but it agreed that changes were necessary and decided to push for a change of the Constitutional provisions on referendum.
