Govt Sacks Two Officials for Bypassing Minister with Bill

Ljubljana, 20 January - The government dismissed on Thursday the boss of the government Consumer Protection Office Mojca Burgar and the head of the Economy Ministry's internal market directorate Peter Vrtacnik. The officials bypassed Economy Minister Darja Radic with a bill that would have abolished the mandatory one-year warranty on technical goods.
