Negotiators Happy with Start of Austria Minority Talks

Klagenfurt, 3 February - A new round of talks on the burning issues of the Slovenian minority in Austria started in Klagenfurt on Thursday, "putting down guidelines in a good atmosphere", according to Carinthian Governor Gerhard Doerfler. The solution that is expected for the end of the year is to tackle bilingual city limit signs, as well as funds for education and media.
