Legal Experts Warn Against Hasty Constitutional Changes

Ljubljana, 14 February - Legal experts discussed in a panel debate on Monday some of the proposals for constitutional changes circulated recently, widely agreeing that the crisis and election campaign period might not be the best time for sober assessments.
