Delo Accuses Intl Community of Double Standards

Ljubljana, 28 February - Conceding that Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi deserves to be punished for the atrocities against his own people, daily Delo wonders on Monday whether the sanctions imposed by the UN Security Council will in fact help, while criticising the international community's double standards.
