Delo: Libya Chaos Bad for Other Arab Countries Seeking Democracy

Ljubljana, 3 March - Delo agrees with commentators who draw parallels between 1980s revolutions in Eastern Europe and the present wave of revolt in the Middle East. But it notes a big difference: 20 years ago the emerging democracies had been enemies and the West applauded the downfall of regimes, but in the Arab world some of the worst tyrants are considered friends.
