French Industry Minister Hopes for Happy Outcome in Lafarge Eco-Issue

Paris, 8 March - French Industry Minister Eric Besson expressed the hope Tuesday for a happy outcome of issues concerning the French-owned Lafarge Cement plant in Slovenia, saying this was in the best interest of both countries and the company. Lafarge respects environmental standards, he said after meeting Slovenian Prime Minister Borut Pahor.
