Working Conditions at Courts Improve, Backlogs Remain

Ljubljana, 17 March - Projects for reducing court backlogs in recent years have been successful in improving the working conditions in courts, but failed to solve the problem of backlogs, the Court of Audit has established. The judiciary lacks a detailed distribution of jurisdiction and responsibility and more cooperation among courts.
