New Prosecution Service Bill Overhauls Appointments, Bolsters Special Task Force

Ljubljana, 17 March - The government adopted a new bill on the prosecution service at its session on Thursday that overhauls appointment procedures and gives greater powers to the special task force for organised crime. The government said that the legislation will inject greater transparency and efficiency in the prosecution service.
