Committee Confirms Article of Bill Proposal that Precludes Gay Marriage

Ljubljana, 18 March - The parliamentary Labour, Family and Social Affairs Committee agreed on Thursday to define marriage as a union of a man and a woman, thus backing the decision of the government to give up in face of fierce opposition from conservative groups its original family law bill proposal that introduced the possibility of gay marriage.
