Andrej Horvat Could Replace Thaler as MEP

Ljubljana, 21 March - As Zoran Thaler stepped down as one of Slovenia's seven members of the European Parliament, Andrej Horvat, a state secretary at the office of the Slovenian prime minister, could be the one to replace him.
