Lasko Boss Says Joint Sale of 60% of Mercator Acceptable

Laško, 4 April - A proposal for a joint sale of a combined 60% stake in retailer Mercator by beverage group Pivovarna Lasko and several banks is acceptable for the Lasko management if the banks help the beverage group financially until it receives the money from the sale of its 23.45% stake, Lasko chairman Dusan Zorko told the press on Monday.
