Regulator: Joint Mercator Sale Permissible

Ljubljana, 17 May - The Competition Protection Office has found that the draft agreement to create a consortium for a joint sale of a majority stake in Slovenia's biggest grocer, Mercator, does not indicate a potential violation of anti-trust legislation.
