Report: Banks to Sell Mercator Together

Ljubljana, 21 April - Several banks which together own 27% of retailer Mercator signed an agreement on Thursday on a joint sale of their stakes in Slovenia's biggest grocer, a report by the public broadcaster TV Slovenija said. Meanwhile, beverage company Pivovarna Lasko has made its participation in the deal conditional on extension of loans.
