Top Court Dismisses Wiener Boerse Challenge of LJSE Ruling

Ljubljana, 18 May - The Constitutional Court has thrown out a constitutional complaint from the CEESEG group, formerly the Wiener Boerse, against a Supreme Court ruling backing the view of the Securities Market Agency's (ATVP) that it needs to publish a takeover bid for the operator of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.
