Housing Prices Gain 4.7%, Number of Transactions Drops in Q1

Ljubljana, 27 May - Housing prices in Slovenia increased by 4.7% in the first quarter of the year and rose 4.1% year-on-year. While prices grew in both new and existing housing, the Statistics Office recorded a 25% decrease in the number of residential units sold.
