Govt Proposes Scrapping of Common-Law Marriage Registration

Ljubljana, 2 June - The government on Thursday prepared the family law bill for final reading in parliament, amending the contentious opposition-sponsored provision that introduces registration of common-law marriage. The government proposed that the old definition of common-law marriage remains in place.
