Unicredit Group Already Holds 15% Stake in Mercator

Ljubljana, 9 June - An inspection of the share register of Mercator shows that acquisitions by a Croatian bank have increased the shareholding of Italian banking group Unicredit in Slovenia's leading retailer to almost 15%.
