Strong Reactions to Ankaran Ruling

Ljubljana, 13 June - The Constitutional Court's ruling to allow local elections in Koper while at the same time ordering the creation of a municipality and elections in Ankaran was met with strong reactions from parliament, which has still not implemented the court's ruling of December 2010 to endorse the referendum decision of the breakaway community.
