Committee Halts Motion for Ankaran Municipality a Second Time

Ljubljana, 9 February - Following the recent creation of the municipality of Mirna in line with a referendum decision and subsequent Constitutional Court ruling, a similar bill to create the municipality of Ankaran got stuck again in the Local Government and Regional Development Committee on Wednesday. Parliament will thus not vote on the motion today.
