MPs Fail to Go Along with Constitutional Ruling on Ankaran

Ljubljana, 18 January - The parliamentary Local Government and Regional Development Committee failed to endorse a motion to create the municipality of Ankaran on Tuesday in defiance of the Constitutional Court's ruling that parliament must confirm the municipality after its creation was endorsed in a 2009 referendum.
