Tuerk Discusses UN Reform, Lobbies for Security Council Seat

New York, 28 June - President Danilo Tuerk discussed ways to preserve the UN's relevance in the changing world as he met President of the 65th session of the UN General Assembly Joseph Deiss in New York on Monday. Tuerk also celebrated Slovenia's 20th anniversary and discussed its bid for a non-permanent seat on the UN Security Council.
