Ljubljana, 11 July - The new/old Koper Mayor Boris Popovic has every reason to laugh, as he was elected on Sunday for the third consecutive term despite a number of charges and investigations he is facing in court, the daily Dnevnik writes on Monday about the delayed local election in the coastal town.
