Koper Holding Delayed Local Election

Koper, 10 July - The municipality of Koper, the fifth largest municipality in the country, will see local elections with a ninth-month delay on Sunday. Six candidates, including incumbent Boris Popovic, will be vying for the mayoral post, while 283 names have been put down by 14 lists for the 30-seat city council.
