Koper, 12 July - The third consecutive win of Koper Mayor Boris Popovic in Sunday's delayed local elections in the port town of Koper was confirmed on Monday with all votes counted, including those that came by mail. The support for the former businessman was 69.22% and the turnout was 48.6%.
