Committee: Piracy for Personal Use Not Criminal Offence

Ljubljana, 5 October - The parliamentary interior policy committee endorsed on Wednesday changes to the penal code and the criminal procedure act. One of the most topical issues in the two-day debate was digital piracy, as the changes envisaged much stricter rules. However, the committee decided against criminalising file-sharing for non-commercial use.
