MPs Pass Changes to Penal Code, File Sharing Still Tolerated

Ljubljana, 18 October - MPs backed on Tuesday a watered-down version of changes to the penal code, which refrain from turning internet piracy into a criminal offence while bringing more accountability for corporate fraud.
